When Labour announced their free broadband policy on Friday it opened up thousands of opportunities for meme makers. The key question - how best to convey the irony of someone having access to free broadband in a once prosperous country collapsed into economic ruin by far left extremists? We tried twice - here and here. However, neither of us could match the popularity of Bob Moran's cartoon from Saturday's Telegraph.
