The news that Nissan is to close its factory in Barcelona while reaffirming its commitment to UK production in Sunderland has gone down like a lead balloon with Remainers. They have spent four years dumbing down this country and making lurid claims about Nissan closing its Sunderland plant if we left the EU. The fact that none of them can now say anything positive about the latest developments at Sunderland only goes to show how much they truly despise our country.
There are also reports that Nissan's partner Renault may transfer some of its production to the UK - all despite the prospect of a no deal Brexit at the end of this year. Remoaners such as Alastair Campbell and Femi Izawally just can't countenance a successful post-Brexit Britain. Shameful.
