| Chris Matheson backed Starmer for the leadership |
Labour frontbencher Chris Matheson has tested positive for coronavirus after falling ill at the weekend. The MP for Chester reported his test result in a Facebook post and has thankfully gone into self-isolation (unlike a certain Scottish MP did).
Isn't it remarkable how MPs get their test results back so swiftly? Us mere mortals have to wait up to five days for a result!
