On Tuesday night Sir Squeaky retweeted Camden Council with a message for the Bangladeshi community. He'd obviously been drawn to the tweet late in the day, because he only gave his followers a 13 minute warning for the online event and, worse still, he misspelt the word Bangladeshi.
Among those pointing out the glaring typo was one user who commented: "In the age of spell check, how do miss spell Bangladeshi, it's spelt in the tweet your retweeting". Another wrote: "Our next PM". Presumably that was sarcasm.
Starmer's bungled tweet is still up at the time of writing.
