For the first time in almost a year, the UK has recorded zero Covid deaths. A zero figure has not been reported since July 30 last year. The latest figure is bad news for politicians and SAGE scientists who are battling to justify the extension of restrictions beyond June 21. While the government coronavirus dashboard shows that new cases are still rising, deaths are not.
With all the at risk groups long vaccinated, the virus is no longer a threat. We must re-open as promised on June 21 - no excuses, no 'third wave' nonsense - it's time to end the bullshit.
