COUNCIL BY-ELECTIONS 07.10.21


Seven council by-elections this week and six holds - two for Labour, four for the Lib Dems.  In Flintshire there was an open contest following the death of the sitting independent who was elected unopposed in 2017.  Labour won the seat this time round.
