It was announced on the BBC this morning that bills should(not will) start coming down by 2040. Imagine going to the doctors for persistent headaches and being told that the headache pills, should start working in a few months. There is not the remotest possibility of bills coming down and even if they do, what will they be coming down from? If everybody’s bill have been rising year on year, what difference will any reductions make?
