As regular visitors will know, we have been pushed back onto the backup page on Facebook - not for the first time. We have a much smaller following on this page and as such, our distribution is much lower. However, we have added a thousand new followers to this page in our first week back and if it continues to grow we will be able to more confidently mitigate the loss of the main page in future.

Imagine the tsunami of outrage if BP had announced that they were chopping down vast swaths of the Amazon Rainforest in order to construct an eight lane super highway in order to make it cheaper and easier to move men and materials. Questions would be asked in Parliament, Just Stop Oil would be throwing orange dust over paintings and snooker tables, representatives from JSO would be appearing on TV and radio and newspapers would be devoting page after page explaining just how important that eco system is.
